Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese art / Discipline which can promote health, wellbeing, flexibility and balance. Some times referred to as moving yoga, or moving meditation, but is also an effective self defence system.

How Tai Chi is taught

The classes are taught in a way that is tailored to each student's needs, and students can come merely to enjoy the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of the class or to progress to deeper levels.
